Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All Orders are subject to our full Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs are to the United Kingdom ONLY if you require further information regarding Shipping outside of the UK please contact us for shipping prices.
Delivery of LIVE KOI is sent overnight to UK Mainland Only at a cost of £29.50 per box, and will reach you by 1pm the next day.
We Process all orders daily. As soon as an order is processed for in-stock items, We ship goods via Courier service. Deliveries are Mon to Fri between 9.00am and 5.30.pm. We cannot specify a time for the delivery. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you make sure somebody is present at the delivery address as a signature is required.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Bjs Koi do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy
We allow 14 days for the return of goods for exchange or refund. We refund the cost price of the goods, but not the carriage charge. You the customer are liable for all costs of returning goods. We recommend you either return the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or Proof Of Postage. Bjs Koi cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Make sure all goods are returned in the same condition as you received them. Failure to do this may result in a 10% re-stocking charge. We do not accept returns for KOI.
